1. Who you are contracting with

The legal seller, contracting party and business responsible for Ideally AI is ECPC S P AB, a company registered in Sweden and trading as Ideally AI(“Ideally AI”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you are entering into a contract with ECPC S P AB. If you are using Ideally AI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

Ideally AI is an AI-powered dating coach and practice simulator. All practice personalities and conversations are fictional. Coaching output is general guidance for social and dating skills — it is not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice, and it may be inaccurate. You are responsible for how you act on it.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass, deceive, defraud or spam anyone;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or content about other people that you have no reasonable basis to share;
• submit sexual content involving minors, hate speech, threats, or requests for illegal activity;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property rights;
• interfere with the security of the service — no probing, scraping, malware, reverse engineering, or circumventing technical limits;
• resell, redistribute or share your access with others.

5. AI content, inputs and outputs

You are responsible for what you submit (including screenshots and chat text) and for verifying any output before you use it. You must have the rights to the content you input. We may filter, refuse or remove content, and may restrict or suspend accounts that repeatedly submit prohibited content or infringe others’ rights. Rights-holders can contact us to request removal of infringing content; repeat infringement leads to termination.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of Ideally AI, its software, content, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan. You grant us a limited licence to host and process the content you submit solely so we can provide the service to you.

7. Payment, subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions to Ideally AI are sold by ECPC S P AB. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, which also handles tax calculation, receipts, disputes and refund processing on our behalf. Your bank or card statement may show Stripe alongside our name.

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Where a free trial is offered, the plan you selected is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You can cancel at any time from your profile, which opens the secure billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability

We work to keep Ideally AI available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change or be discontinued.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your profile; deletion removes your account and associated data.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s country of registration, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
