Who we are

ECPC S P AB is the legal business operating Ideally AI and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@ideally.ai.

What we collect and why

• Account data (email, login credentials, sign-in provider) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Dating-profile answers and preferences (age range, goals, what you want to work on, language) — to personalise coaching. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Practice and coaching content (your answers, pasted chats, uploaded screenshots, generated feedback) — to provide the coaching features and your history. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Progress data (XP, skill scores, achievements, streaks) — to save your progress across devices. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Usage and device data (IP address, device/browser data, error logs) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages — to answer you. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interests.

Please crop or hide names and other identifying details before uploading screenshots, and avoid sharing unnecessary information about other people.

Who we share it with

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting and database infrastructure, AI model providers that process your prompts to generate coaching, and error monitoring.
• Stripe, our payment provider — for payment processing, subscription management, invoicing, fraud prevention and tax compliance. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses as safeguards.

Retention

We keep account, profile and progress data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, progress and coaching history are deleted; limited billing records are retained by Stripe and by us where required by law. Diagnostic logs are kept for a short period and then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. You can delete your account yourself at any time in Profile → Privacy & data. Contact us at privacy@ideally.ai; we respond within one month. If you are in the UK/EEA you may also complain to your supervisory authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and per-user database access rules so that only you can read your own data.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and store your progress on the device. We do not use advertising cookies.
